pre-hospital emergency care council

The Pre-Hospital Emergency Care Council (PHECC) is an independent statutory body with responsibility for standards in education and training in the field of pre-hospital emergency care. PHECCs primary role is to protect the public.  The Council is the policy making body of PHECC the members of which are appointed by the Minister for Health and Children. Council membership is varied and is representative of the entire pre-hospital emergency care spectrum.
